Livestock and Horse Shows
From beef and dairy cattle to goats, gilts, rabbits, and horses, the Livestock and Horse Shows at the Tulsa State Fair offer something for everyone. These shows celebrate the dedication, skill, and pride of exhibitors while highlighting the best in livestock care and horsemanship. Last year's Fair featured an impressive 16,705 entries and 3,553 exhibitors, making these shows a Fair favorite year after year.
Night of Champions
This fun and exciting event, presented by the Tulsa State Fair and the Tulsa State Fair Ringmasters, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the Tulsa State Fair Scholarship Fund, celebrates 150 outstanding 4-H and FFA youth competitors who “make the stage,” along with the prestigious Grand and Grand Reserve Champions. The event awards more than $400,000 in scholarships and monetary prizes, empowering today’s youth to pursue continued education and build a future in agriculture. The 2025 Tulsa State Fair awarded $515,000 in scholarships.
Birthing Center
Each year, the Tulsa State Fair celebrates several new birthdays, as calves, goats, lambs, piglets, and chicks are born throughout the 11 Days of Awesome. This exhibit brings the magic of the farm to the fairgrounds by highlighting education and animal care and giving fairgoers an up-close look at the dedication it takes to raise livestock. Last year, the Fair proudly welcomed 108 new barnyard babies into the world.
Southwest Dairy Milking Parlor
The Southwest Dairy Milking Parlor gives guests a behind-the-scenes look at today’s dairy industry through live cow and milking demonstrations. This interactive exhibit educates audiences on the journey from farm to table, highlighting the importance of dairy foods, the modern milking process, and the unique characteristics and anatomy of dairy cows. Visitors also learn how today’s dairy producers prioritize animal care and food safety through innovative, modern practices.
From the first ribbon earned to the newest barnyard baby born, agriculture is the heartbeat of the Tulsa State Fair. These experiences honor generations of hard work, dedication, and pride while inspiring the next generation of leaders, growers, and innovators. Whether you’re learning something new or continuing a longtime tradition, the Fair’s agricultural exhibits remind us that the roots of the Fair and our community run deep.
