It’s a match made in heaven for a hot day on the Midway.

This is one you could share with your Fair friends (or not, we won’t judge). This dish not only wins in presentation, but also in flavor. A hollowed half pineapple filled to the brim with mouth-watering hibachi fried rice, three tender lamb chops, and finished with a drizzle of swag sauce. It’s the perfect combo of sweetness from the pineapple and savory from the rice and lamb chops. It’s not your typical Fair food, which is exactly why it became a fan favorite last year.

This sweet treat from Cutie Pies gives the classic caramel apple some competition. Crisp green apple wedges sit upon a sweet graham cracker pie crust, drizzled with caramel syrup and layered with caramel cream filling.
